Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, We Luv U Joseph™ is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier-related delivery issues
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
We will gladly assist in providing tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review each case individually and work toward a resolution. Make sure the retail tags and anti tampering tags of the garment is still attached.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations based on carrier availability, legal restrictions, or fraud prevention concerns.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item:

- Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items become available.
