Return & Refund Policy for We Luv U Joseph

At We Luv U Joseph, we are committed to providing thoughtfully designed, high-quality sleepwear, loungewear, and comfort essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached as well as the anti-tampering tags.
  • Be in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

This fee helps cover inspection, processing, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as We Luv U Joseph™ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or discounted merchandise marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned outside the 3-day return window
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or use

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damage & Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please make sure the anti tampering tag is still attached. We will not honor refund & or return if the anti tampering tag is not attached.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
